Absolutely loved this RVpark in the rolling hills! We only stayed 2 nights but Alice at check in was lovely and made several suggestions for our stay.
We visited the amazing St. Gertrude's Monastery in Cottonwood and Keuterville Grub and Pub.
We are a self contained RV but decided to use the parks shower facility which was clean and neat as a pin. Will definitely stop here again when we head for Coeur d alene:)

We had not planned on stopping here, but so glad we did. Had a beautiful big spot with wonderful views a fire pit and picnic table. Just a overnight stop, but we’ll worth it for the ease off the hwy and peaceful spot.

We camped here in a 40'motorhome. There is water and 50 amp but no sewer. Porta potties are handy and there's an awesome shower available up the hill on the property. Scenery is almost 360° of rolling hills and beauty. Jeff and Alice are great hosts. Lots to do in the area. Dog Bark Park, Pine Bar Recreation Area on the Salmon River is a 15 mi. drive and has beautiful dry camping areas if that's your thing and of course Saint Gertrude Monastery is lovely.

Alice and Jeff are phenomenal people! In the midst of a cross country move from Oregon to Michigan we had vehicle issues with our trailer. They have been more than accomodating and extremely helpful! They take excellent care of the tenants, grounds, bath house and everything! If you find yourself needing a place to stay this is by far worth the stop! Good people doing good things for others is what life should be like! We are so grateful for them!

I stayed at Seubert RV when my truck broke down near Grangeville. The owners helped me with a refferal to a local mechanic and even offered to help with rides while my truck was in for repairs.
The whole property is very well maintained with nice pull thru sites that are spaced out comfortably from each other. Each site has a nice firepit with wood, picknick table, water and electric.
The shower is well maintained and very clean.
Conveniently located close to grocery stores, RV dump station and not to mention the Salmon river is only about a 30 minute drive away!
If your are traveling through Idaho and need a place to stay I highly recommend Suebert RV

I loved my stay at this park. It was definitely the nicest experience of all the RV parks I stayed at on my trip from Arizona. A peaceful and quiet place to relax and slow your pace of life. Beautiful sunrise AND sunset views! There's a small number of spots, large and nicely spaced out, no cramming in together here, easy to get in and out and pull through. My site went slightly uphill but I didn't have a problem getting my trailer level. I drove by the RV park a few miles away in Grangeville and they look packed in like sardines, which made me really happy I chose this one.
New infrastructure (nice water and electric hookups), fire rings and clean high quality picnic tables. If you don't mind dumping your tanks at the free spot a couple of blocks away, then this park is a great choice. I used the private shower house and the shower felt like a luxury compared to my RV one. The water softener made my hair softer than it's been in a long time! There are even towels and guest soaps. Two towns are nearby with services. My cell signal worked perfectly and so did the wifi.
What makes this place special is the "real people" owners. They clearly go out of their way to make sure you get everything you expected and then some. They run their park the way I would if I owned one - with generosity and kindness. They were also very accommodating when some tent campers showed up on short notice to camp with our group. The prices are excellent and it's very affordable to stay for longer periods of time. There aren't a bunch of amenities and activities, but I'm not the kind of camper who cares about that kind of stuff. I'll take beautiful, peaceful and spacious any day. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay here.

This is a fantastic place to stay! We rented both an RV space and the Guesthouse. Both were exceptionally clean and the Guesthouse had everything you need. Alice and Jeff were so gracious and welcoming they could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely be back! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

This place was amazing! The Seubert's are nice people, and their guesthouse is comfortable. This was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cottonwood. The area is clean, well maintained, and the Seubert's make you feel comfortable.

This RV Park is very quiet and clean. The owners are extremely accommodating and nice. The rates are really reasonable. We will definitely go back anytime we are in the area.

We were on an RV camping road trip/adventure to North Idaho with our kids, and so fortunate we happened across this RV park! It was an unlikely stop for us after a week of forest and mountain camping, but so glad we did it! As the other reviews indicate, the unobstructed views of the valley are simply amazing and the stars bright and beautiful at night! Jeff and Alice were SO NICE and ACCOMMODATING! They showed us the way to the nearby RV dump station, they helped us out with firewood when we were low and they even loaned us a propane tank when we got caught short in the middle of cooking breakfast one morning! The sites are clean and manicured. We highly recommend giving Seubert RV Park a try!

A small, clean, affordable RV park. The park has 9 well-graveled pull-through sites. Water and electric hookups available, but no sewer hookup. There is a public dump station a couple blocks away. The bathhouse is one room with a toilet and shower to be shared by all guests. Whether due to people avoiding public spaces because of COVID-19, the fact that the other guests had large trailers with their own bathrooms, or the fact that we were up by 6 AM, we never had to wait to use the facility. If needed, there are lawn chairs outside the bathhouse provided for your wait. The bathhouse was clean and warm, although it was up the hill from the RV sites and could be a difficult walk for those with impaired mobility. The price was inexpensive and the views of the rolling Camas Prairie were lovely.

We stayed here for 12 Days over the Fourth of July weekend and loved it. The campground is really quite, has sweeping farm and Mountain View’s and is close to cottonwood and Grangeville with tons of stuff to do. I love fishing and so we have been going to the salmon river, Tolo lake and Winchester lake which are only short drives away. We caught lots of fish and had lots of fun. The hosts are super kind and attentive, they stopped by and would ask if everything was going ok and if we needed anything. We have a large fifth wheel and 3 kids so we used our washer and dryer and grey tank a ton meaning we needed to do clean outs almost daily, but the public dump station is only about 2 minutes away and is extremely easy to drive to. I was worried about difficulty pulling in and out or having to maneuver in tight spots because I’m pretty new to towing but it was a piece of cake. The WiFi worked great, as I work doing digital marketing I needed good WiFi for zoom meetings and things and there were no problems Verizon also has 5 bars of LTE too. We would definitely stay again if we are coming to town.

We spent four nights here. Seubert RV is a great park with expansive views. Our campsite was well graveled and leveled with a grass area complete with picnic table and fire pit. The water from the tap tasted good. The bathhouse was pristine. There was plenty of room to turn our RV around. The hosts/owners, Jeff and Alice, were very congenial and hospitable. We plan to stay here again. Mike and Ronda Konen

I happened upon Seubert's RV Park & Guesthouse in March 2020, just as the Covid-19 quarantine was beginning. Due to the circumstances, owners Alice and Jeff, friendly, caring, salt-of-the-earth people, agreed to $400 a month reduced rate. The nearby town of Cottonwood had a whopping 900 residents and a good store. It seemed like the perfect spot to stay put awhile, and I wasn't disappointed. I have now been here nearly two months; long enough to gain first-hand knowledge of the loving attention paid to the park: new signage, mowing, site-leveling, new trees planted, picked rocks from soil around sites, new picnic tables, cleaned firepits, sprayed for weeds, solar lights installed, etc. The WiFi is very good. I teach online and had good reception most of the time; a bit spotty during high winds. While my rig was in Lewiston having solar installed, I stayed in the clean, comfy, well-stocked guesthouse for a week. Great bed, nice half bath and the welcome book was extremely thorough: maps, excellent trails and get-a-ways, and pictures of facades of the restaurants and main interests in town so you'll be sure not to miss them - even a few menus! The adjacent bathhouse is supplied with rolled-up, fluffy towels, soap and shampoo - above and beyond what most RV parks offer. Hand sanitizer was supplied in the office, bathhouse, and guesthouse. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. The office has a small reception area with ice cream, pop, beer, ice, various hot beverages and water - even a rack of greeting cards. The surrounding views are spectacular: snowy mountains in the far distance and a patchwork quilt of greens and yellows spread before your eyes. Ask Alice and Jeff to give you their favorite picks for a Sunday drive; you won't be disappointed. Some of the most gorgeous country I've seen: deep, rocky gorges with mighty rivers coursing through them, sharp switchbacks alongside evergreens and plunging depths (Hwy 164 Nez Perce to Kamiah), the cool nearby Monastery, lovely hikes along the dormant railroad grade. Lovely sunrises that wake and refresh and brilliant sunsets as you sit around your campfire (firewood available) and marvel at the canopy of stars. I will be returning. You couldn't ask for nicer folks or more beautiful views.

I called Alice after finding the park listing on line. I was in dire need of some long term housing while on a construction project in the area. She had what she called the "guesthouse" available, and the price was right. I was able to move in the next day. The guesthouse is great, and so are Alice and Jeff. I would stay here again.

By far the best place to stay in Cottonwood Idaho! If you’re not taking your RV they have a single room cottage with a full kitchen. The view oversees the whole valley and if you’re up for it Jeff and Alice will take you on a site seeing trip.
